Do I need to download a new Kith app?
No, you can just update your current app and it'll update to our newest version.
Do I need to create a new user profile/password for the new app?
No, you can sign in using your existing credentials that you use on Kith.com and our previous version.
What is Exclusive Loyalty Access and how do I become a Loyalty Access Member?
An extension of the current program you know and love––with improved functionality. Your previous online & in-person activity and purchases will unlock early access to a selection of Kith products and exclusive releases.
What is the QR code for?
Uniquely yours, scan this code at any retail location to boost your app loyalty score and unlock even more app-exclusive perks.
What are Icons?
Unlock icons when you make a purchase in any one of our global retail locations. Show your individuality alongside your brand love for Kith by collecting these icons, each of which can be used to personalize the app display on your home screen.
Can I update my user preferences?
In the ID tab (your hub for accessing Loyalty, QR Code, My Icons, Orders, Account Details and Help tabs) click the 'my preferences' section to edit your selections for what you shop for most, your size information and your favorite brands. Keep your experience unique to your needs by customizing here.
How do I enter drawings?
To enter a drawing, follow instructions on the 'drawings' section of our app. Be sure to pick your correct size, correct retail location and correct payment information. These things cannot be modified after you've entered. If you've been selected, you will be notified with next steps for completing payment or with pick-up instructions for in-store winnings.
My full order history is not pulling up under my account, why?
We are working on migrating your full order history on the app currently. You can still check your full order history on kith.com no orders have been lost or deleted.
