For all Kith.com online orders, we offer a 30 day return window for eligible merchandise (non-eligible items listed below). Refunds are provided in the form of KITH.com Gift Cards, which exclude original shipping costs and a $8 restocking fee.

We offer a 30 day return window for eligible merchandise (non-eligible items listed below). Refunds are provided to the original form of payment, excluding original shipping costs and a $8 restocking fee.
Non-returnable/Final Sale:
Items marked as final sale on product pages are non-returnable. These include international orders, Ronnie Fieg Kith Footwear Collections, Kith footwear releases, Monday Program and collaborative releases, hats, underwear, socks, swimwear, gloves, beauty (including skincare and fragrances), perishables and other items listed as final sale.

Domestic U.S. Returns
To begin the process of returning your eligible order, please click the link here: KITH Return Center
- You will then be prompted to select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your UPS return shipping label.
- For U.S. returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus an $8 restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The online store credit is not transferable to our brick and mortar KITH locations.
EU.Kith.com - Global-E International Returns
To begin the process of returning your eligible International order submitted through our shipping partner, Global-E, please click the link here: International KITH Return Center
- You will be prompted to enter the Order ID and Email Address associated with the order. Thereafter, you may select your item(s) for return and instantly generate your Int’l return shipping label.
- For International returns, customers will be granted an online gift card equal to the amount paid for the item(s) returned, minus an $8 restocking fee. Original shipping cost will not be reimbursed. The online store credit is not transferable to our brick and mortar KITH locations.
Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by KITH. You will need to reach out to your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund.
In-Store Orders:
What is your return policy for retail store purchases?
We offer a 14 day return window for eligible merchandise. Refunds are provided in the form of KITH Gift Cards. Must have original receipt. Gift cards are non-transferable to our websites and must be used in-store.
PLEASE NOTE: IF WE REASONABLY DETERMINE THAT A PURCHASED PRODUCT THAT MIGHT OTHERWISE BE ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN WAS ORDERED THROUGH THE USE OF A ROBOT OR OTHER AUTOMATIC DEVICE OR SOFTWARE, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT, IN OUR SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION, TO REFUSE ANY SUCH RETURN, TO REFUSE TO OFFER ANY REFUND, AND/OR TO CHARGE A RESTOCKING FEE.
