I’m from a country outside of the United States. What is my size?
Our sizing is offered in US sizing, unless otherwise indicated on the product page.
I received an Order Confirmation email but just minutes later received a cancellation email. What happened to my order?
The initial email you receive states that your order request is being processed. During this time, your order can be cancelled based on the order analysis done by our Order Review team, as well as actual product availability. Your order is only confirmed once you receive an Order Confirmed email from KITH.com.
